Inform
Inform your OBGYN, Midwife, or delivering medical professional. Once you enroll, we will send you a collection kit that has everything you need to successfully bank with VitalCells.

Collect
On the day of birth, simply provide your VitalCells Collection Kit to the delivering medical professional. The umbilical cord blood and tissue sample will be placed into your kit.

Preserve
Once the sample is collected, simply call the VitalCells partnered medical courier service to safely retrieve and transport it to the VitalCells facility for processing and storage.
